Terms and Conditions — CH77 Online Gaming Platform

1. Eligibility

To create an account and use CH77, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old. CH77 does not permit use by anyone under the legal adult age. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
• You must be registering for yourself — not on behalf of another person or at the instruction of a third party.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary account restriction on CH77 or any related platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close associate of CH77 or any partner organisation connected to the platform's operation.

CH77 does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Users are responsible for understanding whether their use of the platform is permitted under the laws that apply to them.

2. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on CH77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or across different devices — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number or email address and any additional details requested during the verification process. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact CH77 support immediately at [email protected].
• Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This typically involves confirming your registered contact details and may include document checks for larger withdrawal amounts.

CH77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

3. Deposits

All deposits on CH77 are processed in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallet methods where available. Deposit minimums vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Funds deposited must come from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a different person — are not permitted.
• Deposits are for the purpose of funding gameplay on CH77. Depositing funds and then withdrawing them without meaningful gameplay activity may be treated as suspicious and reviewed accordingly.
• CH77 does not apply deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance quickly. Delays caused by your bank or wallet provider are outside CH77's control.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the payment method you specify. Available channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per method.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to accounts or wallets that are registered in your name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party number or bank account.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process for most accounts.
• If your account balance includes bonus funds that are still subject to wagering requirements, only the real-money portion that has cleared those requirements will be available for withdrawal.
• Processing times are estimates. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes to 20 minutes. Raast transfers are near-instant once confirmed. Bank transfers may take one to three hours depending on your bank's own schedule.
• CH77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending a review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or irregular betting patterns.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CH77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback on net losses, free bets and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be turned over in real gameplay before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be tracked separately within your wallet. The CH77 app displays your available withdrawal balance separately from your total balance.
• Bonuses are for individual use only. Coordinating with other accounts to systematically exploit bonus offers is considered abuse and will result in forfeit of bonuses and suspension of all involved accounts.
• CH77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time. Existing bonus balances already credited will be honoured under the terms they were issued.
• If a bonus was claimed based on false eligibility — for example, by a player who did not meet the stated conditions — CH77 may recover those funds from the account balance.

6. Gameplay Rules

CH77 offers sports betting, live casino games, fish games, slots and arcade games. The rules applicable to each game or market are displayed within the relevant section. General gameplay principles that apply across the platform include the following:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. CH77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted, except in cases where a market is voided due to an error or event cancellation.
• In sports betting, CH77 reserves the right to void markets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error or material event changes such as match abandonment. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Live in-play betting markets close at CH77's discretion. Bets submitted just as a market closes may be declined rather than accepted at a potentially incorrect price.
• For casino and fish games, the rules and odds of each game are determined by the game provider. CH77 does not manipulate or adjust game outcomes.
• Any suspicion that a player is using automated tools, bots or software to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account review and potential suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CH77. Engaging in any of them is grounds for immediate account suspension, balance review and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different name.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment methods or identity fraud.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals without meaningful gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes to place bets or play games at incorrect odds or conditions.
• Coordinating with other accounts to create artificial betting patterns, manipulate bonus outcomes or otherwise game the platform's systems.
• Using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location for the purpose of bypassing eligibility restrictions.
• Any form of harassment, abusive communication or threatening behaviour directed at CH77 staff or other players.

8. VIP Programme

The CH77 VIP programme rewards players based on their overall activity across all sections of the platform. Tier eligibility, benefit structures and cashback rates are published on the VIP page and are subject to change.

• VIP tier progression is based on qualifying activity over a defined period. Activity that violates these terms does not count towards tier progression and may result in tier demotion.
• VIP benefits, including cashback, are applied at CH77's discretion and may be withheld if account activity falls outside normal parameters.
• CH77 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit values and programme structure at any time. Existing unclaimed cashback balances will be honoured under the terms they were earned.
• VIP status and benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or shared.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

CH77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Verification documents that cannot be confirmed as legitimate.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
• Extended periods of inactivity where the account balance is negligible.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for other reasons and no breach has occurred, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after review.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting CH77 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as possible and, once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.

10. Limitation of Liability

CH77 provides its platform on an as-available basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and reliability, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity failures, third-party service disruptions or other events outside its control.

• CH77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gameplay decisions made by the player.
• CH77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, CH77 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount. Players are expected to report such errors promptly rather than attempt to withdraw the funds.
• To the maximum extent permitted, CH77's total liability to any player in any circumstances will not exceed the player's total deposits in the preceding 30 days.

11. Privacy and Data

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions and communicate with you about your account and promotions.
